The DIM group of companies has become the first Ukrainian real state agency to allow its clients to purchase real estate with stablecoins.
Initially, it will only accept USDC, USDT, BUSD, DAI. However, this list will be expanded in the future.
Users can now buy real estate for stablecoins in all residential complexes of the DIM group of companies. Authorized agents will draw up a sales contract in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The developer plans to move to the Web 3.0 ecosystem in the future, which will allow transactions to be recorded on the blockchain, implement smart contracts, and issue ownership agreements in the form of NFTs.
