Thailand-based crypto exchange Zipmex has announced it has resumed partial deposits and withdrawals from July 21, however, trading will remain unavailable until further notice.

The platform had previously suspended operations, citing “unstable market conditions and the resulting financial difficulties of key business partners.”

In a message sent to its customers, the company pointed to ongoing measures to recover assets. The company’s top management stressed no significant damage was caused to operations.

According to Zipmex, as of July 21, the amount of claims against Babel Finance was $48 million, whereas against Celsius Network it was $5 million.

The platform is exploring several recovery options, including raising funds, initiating litigation and restructuring.
