Billionaire and founder of venture capital company Social Capital Chamath Palihapitiya has said that he believes that in the future society will find a way to tokenize all property to increase its value.
According to him, the decentralized finance segment will help humanity avoid the big losses that it faces today.
He is confident that in the future the taxation of all assets will be much easier to implement at the state level thanks to new technologies.
He has said that tokenization will also create the financial equivalent of the skills and experience: the career of a particular person. Such an asset will allow people to take loans secured and even trade them.
