BNB Chain Devs Roll Out opBNB Mainnet

The BNB Chain team recently announced the launch of the mainnet of their second-tier opBNB solution, which provides infrastructure providers with access.
This development comes 1.5 months after the testing phase began on June 19, 2023.
Powered by Optimism’s OP Stack software suite and Optimistic Rollups scaling technology, the protocol is able to handle up to 4,000 transactions per second with an average value of $0.005.
At the time of writing, the total value locked (TVL) for this ecosystem stands at $1.21 million.
