Grayscale Secures SEC Approval to List $915M Multi-Crypto ETP

Grayscale Investments received regulatory clearance from the SEC to list its Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) as an exchange-traded product.

The fund, with a Net Asset Value of $57.7 per share and over $915 million in AUM, provides institutional-grade exposure to a curated portfolio of five leading digital assets: Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano.

This approval, announced by CEO Peter Mintzberg, converts the existing over-the-counter fund into a more liquid ETP on NYSE Arca. The decision concludes a review process that saw an initial delay in July as the agency scrutinized the application.
