UXLINK has confirmed a significant security incident involving its multi-signature wallet, leading to the unauthorized transfer of a substantial amount of cryptocurrency.

According to on-chain reports from Cyvers and Lookonchain, the attacker gained admin rights, transferred assets worth several million dollars, and minted a vast quantity of UXLINK tokens.

The project acknowledged the illicit minting and advised its community against DEX trading. Despite the token’s price falling over 70%, UXLINK reported that a majority of the hacker’s assets have been frozen by cooperating exchanges.
