CoinShares has officially pulled its US spot ETF proposals for XRP, Solana, and Litecoin by submitting Form RW requests to the SEC.

The filings, signed by senior financial officer Charles Butler, confirm no securities were sold under the earlier registrations. The move occurs as the firm streamlines its product suite ahead of a pivotal $1.2 billion SPAC merger that will list it on Nasdaq.

CEO Jean-Marie Mognetti indicated the single-asset ETF space offers limited margins due to the dominance of giants like BlackRock, leading to this consolidation which also includes closing a Bitcoin futures leveraged ETF.
