Circle’s IPO Upsized to $1.05B as Demand Surges

In a sign of robust investor appetite, Circle has raised its IPO target to $1.05 billion, pricing shares at $31—above the previously marketed $27-$28 range.
The stablecoin issuer will now offer 34 million shares in its NYSE debut, up from 32 million.
The latest pricing values Circle at $6.9 billion, per SEC filings. Underwriters retain a 30-day option to buy an extra 5.1 million shares. The firm plans to reinvest earnings into expansion, with no dividends planned.
BlackRock is reportedly eyeing a 10%+ stake, underscoring institutional confidence in Circle’s market position.
