CoinShares: Crypto Trading Volume Declines to Lowest Level in 2 Years

According to the experts of analytical company CoinShares, the inflow of funds into cryptocurrency investment products from December 3 to December 9 amounted to $8.8 million, with a two-year minimum trading volume of $677 million.

A week earlier, an outflow from crypto products of $7.5 million was recorded.

Regarding Bitcoin funds, they saw inflows of $17 million, up from $10.8 million in the previous reporting period, whereas $3.9 million was withdrawn from the structures that allow opening shorts on BTC from November 26 to December 2, $11.1 million.

The company analysts have noted:

“Last week showed positive sentiment – for the second week in a row, the outflow of funds from most investment products with “short” positions continued.”
