Bitcoin Whale Moves Funds After 6 Years

A wallet’s owner, containing 2,995 BTC (equivalent to ~$82.8 million currently), made his/her first transaction in six years.
The funds were sent to two new addresses.
In May 2016, the individual received 3,200 BTC, valued at $1.5 million at the time. In September 2017, ~205 BTC was transferred from the wallet when the cryptocurrency was worth $13.8 million.
The remaining funds remained untouched until October 2019. In June, ARK Invest analysts reported that the amount of unmoved BTC made up 70% of the total market supply.
It was also found that there are six Bitcoin billionaires worldwide and 22 individuals with assets worth over $1 billion in various cryptocurrencies, according to Henley & Partners experts.
