Former New York Fed Officer Becomes Member of Binance.US’ Board
On Tuesday, Binance.US announced the appointment of Martin Grant, a former officer at the New York Federal Reserve, to its Board of Directors for BAM Management US Holdings. In this role, Grant will help oversee the firm’s financial reporting processes and internal controls.
With over 30 years of experience in regulatory, legal and compliance roles, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge to the board. He currently serves as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at financial services firm JST Digital.
According to Binance.US Interim CEO Norman Reed, Grant’s addition to the board reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and integrity.
At the New York Fed, Grant worked on various programs related to anti-money laundering, risk assessment, data privacy, and ethics.
