Starting on March 5, 2022, mining pool BTC.com has suspended the registration of new users from Russia and has also restricted access to the service for persons from this region.
Those users who try to access the service from a Russian IP address receive a notification that reads:
“Your region does not support the BTC.com service. If you are located or your company was established/registered in mainland China or Russia, or if you are a citizen/resident of these countries, you are prohibited from accessing our services.”
In addition, all users from other IP addresses must confirm they are not citizens of the sanctioned countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Russia.
