Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of fintech company Ripple, has positively assessed the course of the company’s litigation with the SEC. According to him, it might be completed by the end of 2022, he has said in an interview with Fox Business.

Garlinghouse has called the announced terms optimistic. In his opinion, such an outcome is quite possible. The CEO of Ripple has noted the importance of the process for the entire crypto industry, as the court decision will set a precedent:

“The case went pretty well, there were a lot of fights around disclosure. But it is clear that the judge understands that this is an important case and it will be a precedent. We are now approaching a solution. Everything will be before the judge by the end of November.”

The Ripple CEO has also criticized the SEC Chairman Gary Gensler because many of the points he made “do not make much sense.”
