According to the press release, the company has mainly received investments from Andreessen Horowitz and Variant. However, other participants include basketball player Kevin Durant, fashion model Paris Hilton and Aave CEO Stani Kulechov, among others.

The company has said it will use the funds to attract new content creators, increase the development team and hire a lead UX/UI designer.

The co-founder of the video platform is popular artist Emily Yang. She created the cover of the American business magazine Fortune in August last year, which was sold as an NFT for more than $1.3 million.
