Bitwise Updates its Ethereum ETF Registration Form

In the updated S-1 form for its Ethereum exchange-traded fund, Bitwise has made revisions to its registration form.
The asset management firm, along with others, is currently waiting for approval from the US Securities and Exchange Commission to list and trade these products.
One new addition is language regarding a $2.5 million seed investment, with Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC intending to purchase the initial Shares at $25 per Share for a total of 100,000 Shares. Bitwise has also stated that Pantera Capital Management LP has expressed interest in purchasing up to $100 million of shares.
However, as these are only indications of interest and not binding agreements, the actual amount purchased may vary.
