Gemini Expands to Miami

Cryptocurrency company Gemini, backed by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, plans to move into a South Florida office as its SEC enforcement case nears conclusion, targeting a May relocation.
Gemini has leased an 8,840-square-foot space at 545wyn in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, a burgeoning hub for business growth.
Wynwood, famed for its warehouses and graffiti murals, has transformed into a thriving center for residential and business development.
Many companies have set up offices here, including Spotify Technology SA, Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, and Marcelo Claure’s investment firm. Additionally, Amazon.com Inc. signed the largest office lease in the district’s history this year.
