GOP Sets ‘Crypto Week’ to Fast-Track 3 Digital Asset Bills

US House Republicans have designated July 14–18 as “Crypto Week” to debate three major bills:
- A crypto market structure bill
- A stablecoin regulation bill
- A CBDC restriction bill
Speaker Mike Johnson, alongside committee leaders, said the move advances Trump’s crypto agenda, including the CLARITY Act, Anti-CBDC Act, and GENIUS Act.
Trump recently pressured Congress to pass the GENIUS Act—a stablecoin bill—before the August break.
