Hong Kong-based venture capital accelerator Brins has completed a $30 million Series B funding round led by NFT games operator Animoca Brands.

In addition to participating in the round, the anchor investor will channel $ 100 million directly to Brinc-backed startups, acting as a venture capital fund.

Accelerator plans to expand its expansion in China, as well as enter the markets of Japan, Korea, Singapore and India. The company currently has offices in seven countries, including Brazil.

Earlier, Animoca Brands and the Binance Smart Chain team announced the launch of a blockchain incubator focused on GameFi startups.

In October, the NFT games operator raised $65 million with an estimate of $2.2 billion.

In the first nine months of 2021, the company earned $529.6 million in revenue amid the success of its gaming platform The Sandbox and other projects.
